A |     浙江出台水路交旅融合行动方案近日，浙江省交通运输厅、省文化广电和旅游厅联合印发《浙江省水路交旅融合发展行动方案（2026—2030年）》，为未来五年水上“交通+旅游”深度融合绘制了清晰路线图。《行动方案》提出，到2030年，全省水路交旅融合发展将整体起势，基本形成“四带十链百珠”发展格局，省域交旅融合品牌“泛舟浙里”全面打响。    Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone once again became the internet’s favourite couple after a new reel posted by social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry. The romantic gesture caught the attention of many fans. Additionally, fans made fun of Deepika's hand placement by comparing it to Orry's signature "Orry pose."     Another film from the after-party showed Ranveer lighting up the dance floor with his characteristic intensity. His family joined him as he joyfully danced to the title tune of his new action film, Dhurandhar. Madhavan and Arjun Rampal. The spy-action drama, inspired by real covert operations, hits theatres on December 5. B | 届时，全省水路客运量将突破6100万人次；重点打造千年古运河、杭州“三江两岸”、舟山“蓝色岛链”等三大知名水上游线，并培育精品游线30条；完成“微改精提”项目15个；举办“泛舟浙里”宣推活动超100场，品牌曝光度超10亿次；直接拉动游客消费超100亿元。

C | 杭州作为水路交旅融合试验区将率先建成，水路旅游经济贡献度和游客满意度显著提升。

D | 为实现上述目标，方案围绕七大方向部署了20项具体任务，涵盖硬件提升、产品开发、消费场景创新、品牌建设、服务提质、安全保障和机制创新等全链条。在完善水路交旅网络方面，统筹空间发展格局；提升旅游航道网；优化旅游客运场站；迭代升级营运客船；实施“微改精提”项目。在丰富水路交旅产品方面，要激活水运文化价值；发展内河游线产品；丰富海洋游线产品。在丰富水路方面，要强化品牌建设管理；构建品牌推广矩阵。在提升水路运游服务品质方面，拓展码头旅游服务功能；创新智慧旅游客运服务模式。在保障水路客运本质安全方面，强化水路客运安全监管；提升应急救援能力。在创新水路交旅融合发展机制方面，加强管理机制创新；推进杭州交旅融合试验区建设；加强市场主体培育。

E | 为确保方案落地见效，浙江将建立省、市、县（市、区）各级职责部门、区域、市场主体间的协调联动机制，组建跨部门工作专班，建立定期会商机制，及时协调解决工作推进中的重大问题。

F | 资金方面，用好用足交通、旅游等支持政策，积极争取“两重”“两新”、中央预算内投资、超长期特别国债等国家政策性资金支持。

G | 鼓励各地探索多元化投融资方式，撬动社会资金参与水路交旅产品开发。
